2024 YM sold from 1st Feb 2024
This program offers the following without additional fees on the owner:
a) 1000 KM service for all vehicles
b) 10,000 KM service for all gasoline vehicles. for Supra 12000 KM and for Urban Cruiser & GR86 15000 KM service are included in this program.
c) Services of 5000 KM, 10,000 KM, and 15,000 KM for Diesel vehicles
These services should be performed within 24 months from the vehicle’s purchase date.
For gasoline vehicles only that are included in this program, they can avail of a special discount on 20,000 KM service as shown in the below table:
• 20,000 Km Discount:
a) Land Cruiser, LC 70, Prado service a discount of SR 600
b) Highlander, Camry, RAV4, Fortuner, Hilux, Innova, Crown service a discount of SR 400
c) Yaris, Corolla, Corolla Cross, RAIZE, Veloz service a discount of SR 200
• The following vehicles have a discounted service as below:
a) Supra: at 24000 KM service a discount of SR 390, and at 36000 KM service a discount of SR 210.
b) Urban Cruiser & GR86: at 30000 KM service a discount of SR 390, and at 45000 KM service a discount of SR 210.
• These discounts or differences cannot be availed as cash back.
2023 year model
This Program is applicable only for 2023 YM New Toyota included vehicles that are imported through the authorized TOYOTA distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors) excluding the following models: Toyota 86, Urban Cruiser, and Crown.
This Program offers the periodic maintenance of 1000 KM, 5000 KM & 10,000 KM (in addition to 15,000 KM for Diesel engine vehicles) with no additional cost on the owner.
An exception to the above is Supra, the covered services are 1,000 Km & 12,000 Km only.
General Terms & Conditions of the Program
This program is applicable for retail individual sales
(not applicable to fleet customers or vehicles sold in bulk under fleet contracts from all sales channels.)
The above-mentioned services will be performed as per the Owner’s Manual at Abdul Latif Jameel Retail service centers.
The kilometer reading should not exceed -/+ 2500 KM to avail of these discounts, which the below services will be performed as follows:
The same will be applied to other services mentioned in this program.
Any additional jobs not mentioned in this program should be paid by the customer.
Toyota Genuine Motor Oil will be used in this program with the following grades:
The customer should pay (in cash) the difference cost between oil grades in case of requesting a different oil grade recommended in owner’s manual.
Customers are not entitled to claim the value of labor, Spare Parts, Oil or Top-up fluids, and not even exchange or combine them with any other services or discount provided by the company.
This program is not transferable from one vehicle to another.
Program is valid for the vehicle even if the owner changed.
Recommendations contained in the warranty booklet must be complied with, to maintain the warranty of the vehicle.
